Smile With Zenitude

I went to Smile Dental and the staff was excellent. My h Husband went through his insurance for a cleaning and checkup he had some work to do and the doctor was excellent he Came home raving about the place even recommended me I did the same went for the same thing plus I had a teeth whitening. i had a great experience. Yes folks, having a cleaning prior to a teeth whitening is better... your teeth come out whiter. The place is modern, clean, professional and they help you. No surprise bills or extra charges. This is why they charge up front. I didn't mind. Most places do anyways.

If anyone has had a bad experience here I couldn't understand but now my entire family goes and we feel like a million bucks with our pearly smiles. Thank you Dr. Chirino for being so gentle, kind and honest.

I purchased a coupon for whitening ;the coupon costs $100.when I arrived the person attending the office told me that the whitening worked better after a cleaning;I purchased a cleaning for$86.which to my surprise she made me pay in advance(i understood why after.)

After the cleaning wich was done by a pseudo hygienist who did not know what she wsa doing,but was a nice person!the same person attending the office came with the same whitening product my dentist gives me FOR FREE to take home and she told me that if I wanted the professional one she will make me a favor and charge me only $100.I left furious and when i came back the next day to complain.to the Dr.no doctor was found It looks like a Dr.from West Miami comes once in a while IF a patient shows up.I had no way to complain as the only person is that rude office manager.What kind of dental facility is that?

I live on the Key and everybody I know will have knowledge of the rip-off and unprofessionalism .

I advise everybody not to go there,this is a rip-off

I went there for a teeth whitening and a cleaning, I also came back for fillings and these people are superb! Painless dentist, all pretty people with great manners, they pampered me and guided me. I brought my entire family. The office Is very Zen and tranquil it doesn't even smell like a dental office. I did not wait long and it is sooo state of the art. I was able to see my X-rays in a computer screen in front of me. The dentist is so gentle and kind. I loved it. I will never change. I have no idea why anyone would not like this office.

I went to get X-Rays, Check up & Cleaning. First I get there & they tell me they will be doing everything that same day. Then when they finally take me in and they tell that they can't do X-rays, because the lady that does them left at 2! Couldn't they call me to advise me??? I live pretty far from there! Well the worst part was when she told me that she wasn't using the machines to clean my teeth & that she was doing everything manually!!! They also didn't have anything to put their utensils, they put everything on top of me! It was a HORRIBLE experience & DISGUSTING!!! I will definitely NEVER go there again!!!
