The job has happened. The workers showed up within the promised time frame and they did their job, simple as that. During the spraying procedure, things were relatively quiet and there was no impact on my activities. They installed a temporary blower in my doorway so that I would not have to smell anything. When they finished, they took me to the attic to see what had been done, and everything looked good. I am anxious for a hot, sunny day so I can see the difference in my attic/garage temperature!

One thing to be aware of: if you have a square footage based on your floor plan, the attic roof square footage will be a little higher if you have a sloped roof. (Think triangles and the Pythagorean theorem.) The company will send out somebody beforehand to calculate the roof square footage and the actual cost for the job. The project cost might be a little higher than the estimate you got over the phone, but it is entirely fair because of the increased square footage.

Working with Ira, Corey, and the entire Sunlight team was a real pleasure. The team came to my house right on time, worked professionally, were polite, and did not waste any time. Ira provided me with a wealth of information prior to contracting and made me feel comfortable. Their prices were competitive and I am very happy with a job well done. This is a pre-review. I first called Sunlight Contractors for my spray foam project because of their good reviews on Angie's list. When I called the company, Ira seemed very knowledgeable. He sent me a lot of information about spray foam and the process, and what to look for in a contractor. The number of certifications held by the lead installer is very impressive! I anticipate the job to go smoothly. Ira made me feel like they had everything well-in-hand.

Sunlight contractors went above and beyond. The staff showed with a smiles and friendly greetings. They went right to work with effenciancy and total satisfaction in mind. I'd say to anyone, for you insulation removal, and demolition needs call Sunlight. I plan to use Sunlight when it's time to reinstall and for all my homes insulation needs.

Wanted to drop you a note to extend my appreciation, I am very pleased with the job done by your crew. I cannot believe the difference this has made, it is currently 98 degrees outside as I write and my ac unit just cycled off! This has never occurred during the hot summer months, it would just run for 10 hours struggling to keep up.

My attic is so much cooler, currently it sits at 88 degrees versus the 135 it was prior to the insulation. This was well worth my investment and I’m so glad you were the ones to do it.
