They are unfriendly and not helpful at all.

I called Kenner Auto Salvages Inc Friday Feb. 26 2010 to get information about picking up a used car, in the information I was told that they gave $100 for a used car to pick it up. After checking around I thought that they would be my best choice. I called that next Monday to schedule a pick up. The receptionist told me that the person that would be picking up my car would be in at 9 the next day and would be calling me at 9:30. The following day they are an hour late contacting me. On top of that once the man gets to my home he has a quote of $75, while the guy is there I call her back. I was just wanting to know why it had dropped from the last I had talked to her. She then very roundly tells me that there is no way that she would have ever quoted me for that much for a car and then told me that it was $75 or they would just leave the car there, after which she proceeded to hang up on me. I understand that times are tough and it is only a $25 difference but if I am told something I expect it to be honored. Needless to say I would never do business with them again. A friendly warning you may not get what they quote you.

I had to call back three times after she had told me to call back at a more convenient time. (that's what they call customer service there) When I did each time, it was obvious she hadn't researched what I wanted. The last call she was downright rude. I wasted my afternoon hoping I wouldn't have to drive to the other side of New Orleans, and now it's too late to make the trip. She should have taken my message, asked the guys out back and called me back.
