The guys at Sharpe were great to work with. Ben is absolutely hilarious and was generous enough to drop the price of the Dodge truck we bought by $1500 to meet our payment needs. We didn't have a trade in so I don't know how they are about that. They are a low credit financing place so of course you're going to pay more for a vehicle at place like Sharpe but that should be expected when walking in the door. If you have low credit I would recommend you to this place because they know how to get it done.
I bought an over priced car and i didn't get my title within 30 days, and i've had the car less than two months and i've had to take it to the shop to get fixed 4 times already. they are overpriced and the cars are pieces of crap. if you have a choice do not buy a car from sharp auto concepts
Brought a trade in worth more than the vehicle I wanted to trade for. Wasn't pushy with the sales guy just wanted to see if something good could be worked out. They checked my vehicle out and we worked a deal where I'd get money back and have mine paid off. Signed the paper work, had them sign but was told we'd go to the bank tommorow. Came in the next day and they told me they weren't aware that my trade in wasn't a certian model and the deal would have to be changed to where I would owe them money. On top of this the sales guy was very rude, pretty sad. Deal with these guys if you want to waste alot of your time and have your wallet ran through the ringer. Also these guys want full retail for thier product but try to make sure you understand that yours is worth less due to a different value book they use as they said Kelly Blue Book is wrong (but thier vehicle's price matched it's retail). Look else where for a dealer.
