Grease Monkey

Don't ever go there!!! I just got my oil changed there a couple of weeks ago. Last night I got out of the car to find a a large puddle of oil under my new Subaru 2012! Knot knowing where it was coming from I took it to my macanic to find that grease monkey did not put the gasket back on the oil pan plug! When I whet back to get a refund the just told me NO! And that it was my fault because I did not bring it back to them. THIS IS WHAT THEY DO FOR A LIVING AND THEY DON'T DO IT WELL! So it cost me $70 to loose all my oil on the road behind me. SAVE YOUR SELF AND YOUR CAR AND GO SOME WHERE ELCE!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! I was told I needed a rear differential service on my F350. When I asked the tech how much, he said on my truck it would be $49.99 over the cost of my full service oil change. I said go ahead. When it came time pay I was presented with a $174.00 bill. When I asked why so much I was told that my truck takes more gear lube and it has to be synthetic and Blah, Blah, Blah! Bottom line, it was $60.00 more than I expected. When they tell you $49.99 thats all it should cost! All the manager would say was sorry, I need to tell them to give people the add on charges over basic services. I should have refused to pay that amount!

NEVER GO THERE...Saturday got my burb serviced..told me my rear differential fluid looked bad so I took it to my mechanic today....Low and behold my antifreeze was half a gallon low....DOESN'T REALLY MATTER IF ITS GOOD TO -36 IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY!

I was told when they checked me out...topped everything off...and your radiator fluid is good to -36...I have no leaks...they would be obvious in this snow and ice and the mechanic verified that....

I like it when I get good service. Im not as good about keeping up with my oil changes and I dont look forward to it. This time I went to Grease Monkey in Kalispell, and they moved me in and out so fast I was amazed. I even got a hot cup of coffee and a cookie. They vacumed my insides and cleaned the windows. I did not expect that. Ill be back
