No matter what "good" reviews you read about this place... please beware... I have never met anyone going or coming from this place that has been happy with the service.. most people have to fight to get their property back and when they do, it has not been fixed. They have a contract that they will make you honor, BUT they cancelled my contract to fix my property, kept the money I paid for a warranty and my property is still broken... the complaints on here are legit... do your research!!!! I wish I would have.

In regards to this post...there are hundreds of very,very satisfied customers we have preformed work on their items and the only ones that seem to have a problem are the ones that DO NOT UNDERSTAND THINGS, so I am going to be very clear about this...we do not hold customers property with out a good reason, either for owed balance or abandonment issues; which is all in print on the contract every person signs before we accept their "property"!...so yes we do make you honor the contract, just like we hold up our end by fixing the items that are intrusted to us,there for we expect the same....and as far as you contract being cancelled I am positive there is a legit reason why we cancelled on you...because there is a behavior policy clearly posted on the right hand side of our store that states/ no cursing or profane language, no loud talking or yelling, no disruptive behavior , firearms or weapons of any kind, no harassing phone calls, no trespassing, no threats will be tolerated! these are the reason we would close your contract out. no one has to fight us to get their property back, yet the problematic customer seem to have delusion of a scam taking place on them, which is ex termly sad on their end. we are a legit business and we have always been so, not a scam or false advertizement. I would like if all the persons in question would take responsibility for their action of neglect, unruly behavior and abandonment. please?
Mr.Fix It is the best by far in computer and game system repair....they fixed my computer for me and i have never had a problem out of them at all ...i love Mr. Fix It , i will always take my devices to the business and say all is safe and well in their hands

Brought my macbook into Peach Mac and those guys didn’t have a clue what I was talking about when I found Mr. Fix It online off craigslist I took it to them. The best decision I made. Mr. Fix It. Knew about everything I was talking about and more. These guys were very nice and courteous. They fixed my laptop in no time at all. Ordered my screen and had it in and installed in less than an hour and even took off unneeded software and wiped out all the viruses on my laptop. I have only good things to say about Mr. Fix It. They’re fast and their Technicians are the only certified in the state of Georgia! Everyone else is a flea market or working out their basement. They fixed my 3 red rings and disc reading issue. They ordered the parts and once they arrived they had them installed in less They fixed my Xbox 360 really fast. I have nothing love for these guys! After looking online for hours and hours I came across Mr. Fix It. I saw there reviews and I was kind of skeptical because of all the hype I been hearing. I decided to give them a try and I’m very happy that I did. After paying hundreds of dollars to other companies who only made the problem worse, I called Mr. Fix It. They were the only ones who diagnosed my problem correctly and repaired it. They install only OEM parts and they are legit. Thank you so much Mr. Fix It. You guys are the best. I will definitely be doing more business with you guys! They deserve your call
This PLACE WAS SHOWN ON FOX 5 INVESTIGATION REPORTS ON 11/08/11 AND THEY REALLY GOT THEM GOOD HOW THEY TAKE PEOPLES PROPERTY ON THE PRETENSE OF REPAIRING IT ONLY TO KEEP THE PRODUCT THEMSELVES!!!! THEFT BY CONVERSION IS WHAT IT IS CALLED. NOW YOU SEE WHY AS A BLACK MAN I DONT TAKE ANYTHING I OWN TO OTHER BLACKS TO REPAIR, LOOK-AT, OR FOR THAT MATTER, TO JUST THROW AWAY!!!! tHEY ARE ALWAYS TRYING TO BEAT YOU OUT OF SOMETHING OR TRYING TO FIGURE A WAY TO STEAL WHAT YOU HAVE!!!!! After reading this disturbing comment left by an anonymous individual. He or she felt the need to express their feelings on a website. Any past or present customer who feels the need to express slander or unsatisfactory with Mr. Fix It. Do not believe everything you read or see on the news. Any customer who doesn't understand plain simply English would even understand policy that it set at our store. This customer stated that this is why you don't do business with black people. Obviously this disturbed civilian feels the need to express his thoughts against our company. If he or she so wishes you may file your complaint with corporate. Oh and by the way theft by conversion 16-8-4 a person committed to this offense with theft by conversion knowingly converts the funds to his/her private or own use. In violation of the agreement or legal obligation. All customers sign a contract explaining full terms and conditions that any customer must agree to before doing business with corporation. There is no specific person who customer has done business with, customer has done business with a corporation. It is a licensed certified corporation. I challenge whoever this person is to open another business similar and show us the way it's suppose to be done. Oh and by the way there are no B L A C K employees.Who work for corporation. It is sad that your a racist against your own kind. This is why you people will stay broke, uneducated, and living on welfare. Cheers
