Bob Gibson Training Kennels

My English Mastiff is four years old, 195 pounds and was completely out of control. He was very aggressive and protective of me, not allowing anyone near me. I was at my wits end. Bob Gibson and his 50 years of dog training expertise taught me how to handle my dog. He teaches the human and the dog! Now, my dog accepts the non-threatening presence of others around me and will defer to my wishes. We are going to continue with some tracking and schutzhund training even though his is four years old since he is so responsive to Bob's training methods. This Mastiff was abused as a puppy, not socialized properly, and a very aggressive dog. It is truly amazing to me the difference in my life and my dogs since we've met Bob Gibson.

I had to participate in private lessons due to the nature of my dog. However, I recently observed a puppy class he was conducting that had about eight different breeds. I really believe he can train any dog to do anything.

One of my rescue dogs, Nikki, a 60 pound German Shepherd mix, was so fearful of everybody and everything that she lived in a corner in my living room. My house was her third home in less than 6 months. She had bitten her previous owner and she eventually bit me and one of my other dogs. I had to make a decision whether or not to euthanize her and I called Bob Gibson to see if he could help her. Nikki has grown from a fear driven soul to a dog who runs freely with other dogs with her head held high and her tail wagging. She is now a confident and happy dog.
I have worked with other trainers but none have the gift that Bob has. He is the only trainer I have ever worked with that showed me how I actually contributed to my dog's problems. Bob Gibson protection-trained my German Shepherd. Then, he trained me how to handle my dog, after his training. I boarded my dog there several times, including during the 3-month training period.

Bob runs a tight ship. Facilities good, clean, well-lit, & well-managed. He, always, has time to talk with you about any dog-related questions in person, or by phone. Bob is patient, courteous, & business-like.

Great place to go for training for any dog, I found Bob "Theee trainer" in the phone book gave him a call, he asked a lot of questions as too what I wanted my dog to do. His place is nice and roomy. I have learned a lot about my dog and he is well behaved now. We have now been thru obedience training and are now going thru protection and tracking. I have also left my dog with Bob when I had to go outta town. Never worried about him because I knew he was in good hands. We love Bob :}

Mr. Gibson raises excellent German Shepherds! My wife and I purchased a German shepherd puppy and a very well trained two year old German shepherd. She had an accident and needed to have a dog she could work with and enjoy without a lot of strain on her physically. And we are very pleased with the dogs recommended to us by Mr. Gibson. We then participated in his obedience classes for us and the dogs and we learned so much and now have a wonderful relationship with our new family members; Titan and Abbey! We still go out there and are getting involved in other areas that Mr. Gibson offers in training! Love it! Glad we did it! Would highly recommend Mr. Gibson to anyone needing a good dog and excellent training!

After attending Bob GibsonTraining Kennels, Inc. not only has my dog learned a lot, but so have I. Mr. Gibson showed a lot of patience with me and my dog! I was about to give up on my dog and felt like he was just too much for me to handle, but Mr. Gibson helped me tremendously and now my dog and I have a very happy relationship and I am so glad I went to Mr. Gibson's class instead of finding a different home for my dog!

Over the past 30 years I have hired Bob Gibson to train and kennel my dogs. He has successfully trained me and my dogs in Schutzhund, Tracking, Obedience and Showing. The man is an excellent trainer and undoubtedly knows what he is doing. I have recommended him to numerous friends and family who have all been very pleased with the results. I'm not certain what occurred with the other person that wrote a negative review but I would encourage you to give him a try! I did and have never regretted it.
