This place is amazing. I have seen 3 different doctors from this practice and they are simply the best. They take their time and made sure they had the right diagnosis. They even got me in the same day for a sinus issue I was having. Five star rating from me!

Great doctors, great nurses...however, billing dept sucks. I get a bill for current charges - nothing past due. Pay the bill in full - next month get another bill with a past due amount. When I call about it they say the amount was applied to past due amount. I explained I didn't have a past due amount. The girl could not/would not tell me where my money was applied. Said she would send me a report of my account and I could figure it out..REALLY..isn't that her job. Hate stupid people. Need to hire people who know what they are doing. Will find another ent if they can't do a better job with their billing dept. Oh and when I told her I would not pay the bill again she informed me that I owed it and that it would be sent to collections and put on my credit report...stupid, stupid, stupid - I did pay it and paid it in full so find my money and fix it.
