        H2Om FLOAT is a float pod facility located in Jacksonville, Florida, offering flotation therapy, sometimes referred to as "sensory deprivation." Floating is a uniquely relaxing, effortless experience. Floaters are immersed in 10 inches of a highly concentrated salt water solution warmed to skin temperature. The solution enables people of all body types to float effortlessly. The floating experience within the Pod is designed to create an environment devoid of outside stimuli (also know as sensory deprivation) allowing for a transformative experience of deep relaxation.

        H20m Float a homeopathic way to de- stress. This Spa just open to Jacksonville Fl this Spa is awesome, the people, the atmosphere, and of course the pods! This was my first time floating and I feel more energized. If you have any stress, or sore muscles, this is definitely the place to come.
        I plan on re visiting this Newly innovated type of therapy for my stress management.
