Courtyards at San Jose

My husband and I stayed here with our labrador while we were looking for a home. The staff is extremely attentive and I cannot say enough good things about the owner, Bob. We stayed in a 2 bed, 2 bath. This is a great value for the price, not to mention that they did not charge extra for our pet. Wendy, the apartment manager, decorates each apartment differently and they are done beautifully. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of space we had. There were a couple of things that needed to be fixed, but they were taking care of within the hour after asking. Thank you to Bob, Wendy, Andrea, and the rest of the staff for making us feel at home while we were in transition. They have truly created a positive atmosphere/community within the Courtyard.

A great place to live. Their website has a ton of information, the check in process is super easy. The staff is great, they go out of there way to please you.

I stayed at Courtyards at San Jose while doing my internship at a law firm in downtown Jacksonville. It was comfortable and close. It took me about 14 minutes to get to work and was about 25 minutes with traffic to get to the beach. I felt at home because everyone in the office made me feel that way. I got a two bedroom furnished apartment for less than a friend of mine staying somewhere else and when she visited me she said she would have traded. I would definitely stay there again if I am ever in Jacksonville and would recommend to all friends.
