Air Care Solutions

Terrible!! Brand new AC installed June 2015. They had detected a loss of some pressure in my old unit, which was working fine. However, we were headed north for 6 weeks and we did not want any problems so we replaced the entire AC with a Rheem system.

When I came back from up North in the beginning of August the condo was 89 degrees:

-called Air Care Solutions for service; no one could come for 4 days

-on date of service no one came, when I called they said they were just about to call me, the truck broke down and we would have to reschedule

-the next day the technicians arrived at 11 AM because they came from the East coast of FL; there are no longer any service techs in Naples. They dumped in Freon and told me they would be back to test the lines in 2 weeks. The house never got below 84 degrees

-numerous attempts to get someone to come back and provide service (all documented with time, dates and people I spoke to). I was promised assistance and continued to get excuses of why no one showed up. I was placed on hold for 50 minutes - I believe the call center was tired of hearing from me.

- finally spoke to the "owner" with a promise that he would resolve this himself. He told me he had just purchased the business and the owner that sold me the unit no longer had responsibility for the business

- The owner called me back saying he could not get anyone out to my house until the next week (now it is 10 days since the first phone call for service on a new unit). I paid to have a new company diagnose what was wrong - it was a broken evaporator coil on this brand new unit. The other company came out within 2 hours.

- Owner tells me he will take care of the fees for the other company and will get someone out to fix once they get the part. 2 days later they still do not have the part and they are blaming the manufacturer. I call the manufacturer and send the information on how to get the part to the owner of Air Care Solutions. He never calls me back and no longer answers my calls.

- I call another company to install the evaporator coil and I pay the service fees ($1700).

- when they try to charge the lines they find more damage from having run the AC with the broken coil and from putting more Freon in the lines without testing the lines

- $8000 (had to run new coolant lines - they were badly damaged) and a month later my AC is finally working.

Do not use Air Care Solutions - their mishaps and lack of knowledgeable service technicians has cost me almost $14,000 for equipment and services. Their work is not reliable and I cannot understand how they stay in business. I no longer believe that the original unit had to be replaced.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It took them 5 visits total to get my job done. They come in with their smooth talking and say their giving you a great deal then you find out that they are giving you one of the worst a/c systems available. They were supposed to install my A/C on Tuesday at 2pm, they did not show up until 7:30pm (bad traffic), ok I believed it the first day. They had to reschedule for Thursday at 2pm again, I called the company at 2pm they said the tech would be there at 5pm. The Tech called me at 6pm saying he was running late and would be there in an hour. At 730pm I was told that his car had to be towed and he would be a bit late. At 944pm he showed up with the equipment put it in my basement and left they said he would be back on sat morning to install the system. He showed up 40 min late on sat and installed the a/c but didnt have the vents he was supposed to install and apparently there was a problem with the exhaust for the heating system, had to come back. Came back on following Tuesday and finished heating and duct work yet did not have the thermostat so had to come back Sat am to put in Thermostat. I was initially told the both thermostats would be changed upstairs and downstairs came in did one thermostat and said the second one was not in contract it would be more finally he put in. This is the WORST Company in the US. Stay away!!!!!

This is the worst company, do not select them for any a/c service. They are not reputable whatsoever. They scam you by an 89$ coupon service for a preventative maintenance visit then scam you on mold and deliver their obscene rate to remove components to clean them. On their "check-up" they completely missed an external component and it failed a month later. When I asked the technician what the 21 point inspection was, he was not able to provide a document indicating exactly what the inspection entailed. He said he has been doing it for 5 years and didn't need one. I talked about these issues with the manager and he tried to sell me on replacement and that it was my only option. I called another reputable company and got a quote and found out Air Care Solutions' mark-up was a considerable amount more. Do not utilize this company. If you read positive reviews it is only because their own staff has written them, you can tell by the way they write, their staff is primarily foreign. Pick a reputable company, do not fall victim to their tactics. They prey on the unintelligible.

On that Sunday night we noticed that our A/C was not working – it’s only 2 years old! I went to Angie’s List that night and contacted a couple of a listings by email. Air Care Solution contacted me early on Monday, came out that day, diagnosed the problem, and scheduled repair for Tuesday! We couldn’t believe it. They were great guys, friendly and eager workers, handling everything promptly including finding the part. We had been worried since losing our service man to illness, but now we feel like we have a go-to company. Wonderful experience! Thanks Air Care Solutions.

Great service and very professional. Gave me a good price, discount, and service on repairing my AC unit. I would definitely recommend and have them do repairs again if needed.

After searched many company finally found Air Care Solutions. I am very pleased with their urgency. They did an excellent work. Their price was very reasonable then other. I would defiantly use their excellent service again. Thanks Air Care Solutions.

worst customer service ever. 4 days out of labor warranty. 2 missed appointments. no return calls from management. would not tell me what was wrong with system, only that it would take $650 in labor to fix... called another company to fix it... it took the guy less than 45 minutes to repair it. if i could give them 1/2 a star review i would.

We are very happy to work with Air Care Solutions company. Our bills are lower and house is much cooler. Their technicians were very friendly and very professional even they clean my area when they finished their job. Thanks Air Care Solutions.
