From lot clearing, site work and septic installation to Bluestone patios and firepits we have the tools and the background to ensure a quality focused, efficient, and economical operation. Meet the founders: A Mt. Washington Valley native and also our on-the-ground foreman and estimator. Henry Shaw brings over 20 years of experience of excavation, landscaping, metal fabrication, logging and arborist work to Rotten Rock. Henry's mechanical aptitude and wide array of skills lend to all types of services - from the smallest residential project to a large scale commercial operation. Attending Paul Smith College for Forestry, Henry excelled in Collegiate Timbersports - he is just as skilled with a chainsaw as he is with an excavator. Todd Crane is our business manager and administrator. Hailing from a maritime background sailing on coastwise oil tankers as Master and Chief Mate. He brings a different perspective and focus to our operation. Todd is very thorough and meticulous, making sure that customer satisfaction and competitive quality service is provided to all of Rotten Rock's clients.

        Quick professional and well priced. These guys helped me with septic, drainage around my house and put together a nice rock wall. I would definitely recommend them to my friends!

        Rotten Rock did a great job on...

        Rotten Rock did a great job on snow removal, plowing, and sanding my driveway. I was never left wondering when the driveway would be plowed and always was happy with how organized the removal was from the beginning. My driveway doesn't drain well in late winter when thawing beginnings, and Rotten Rock offered sanding services at a very reasonable price. Not only was I happy with the service in the winter, in the spring, my lawn wasn't chewed up as it has been with other removal businesses. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to call Rotten Rock for any of the jobs needed to be done on the property.

        Rotten Rock has done both tree work and excavation for my condos. In both instances they were there when they said they would be, did the work in a timely manner and left the work area clean. I will definitely contract them for anymore work.I need to have done.
