Dr. Cutler is one of the founders of the American Board of Podiatric Surgeons, a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons, a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Society and a member of the American Diabetes Association. He is a former clinical professor of foot surgery at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and has routinely lectured to physicians, medical residents as well as to fellow podiatrists.
