Sophia's Bridal, Tux & Prom

Sophia's Prom was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I have found my prom dress there 3 years in a row. I would highly recommend going there to find your prom dress.

If you need a bridal gown, prom dress or really any special event dress, Sophia's is the place to go. Their staff is super courteous, helpful and knowledgable about what dress is the perfect choice. My consultant was able to pull dresses from the rack that I wouldn't have chosen myself, but ended up flattering my body shape. They are all so sweet and kind and really strive to make each person feel their best!

Sophia's is amazing! The staff is awesome and makes everyone feel special through their one to one consultations! it has an huge selection of bridal gowns, prom dresses, tuxes, and soon to have bridesmaids dresses. I truly recommend Sophia's for all your prom & wedding needs!

Sophias is a wonderful wedding dress and formal event boutique. The selection is wonderful and the staff is truly one of a kind. They strive on customer service and making you the center of it all. If you are getting married, going to prom, needing a pageant gown, look no further! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would have given Sophia's a big fat 0 rating but it wouldn't let me. The store was cramped, dirty, the fitting rooms were tacky and the seating was horrible. We bought a prom dress there for $540 and it fell apart the night she wore it and when I say fell apart I mean huge patches of sequins fell off the dress. It came with a little packet of extra sequins but not near enough to fix the dress. It's ruined. I sent a complaint, but they said we signed the receipt stating they weren't responsible for anything that happened to the dress and "All special occasion merchandise is very delicate and fragile and are not meant for extended wear." I don't consider wearing the dress the night of the event extended wear do you? There's absolutely no way I would ever consider buying a wedding dress there or any other dress for that matter. I would hate to think I paid thousands of dollars for a dress that fell apart on the day of my wedding. They sell merchandise that is extremely over priced especially if extended wear means dispose of after one use. One more thing, as if the price of the dress wasn't enough, we had to pay $5 for the bag to put it in. How cheap is that?

Don't let Sophia's fancy exterior fool you, this shop has poor prom dress selection and horrible customer service. I walked into Sophia's and saw and empty front desk. I went back to where all the prom dresses were and glanced around a little, hoping to speak to someone who could help me find what I was looking for; No one ever made an effort to say hello or even ask if I needed help. I was complety ignored by everyone and they acted as if I wasn't good enough to shop there. Even if they would have had a dress I wanted, there was no way I would have given them my money.

They have very nice dresses, but are seriously lacking in the customer service department. I bought my dress two years ago and had all sorts of problems (rude associates, incorrect billing, and being "sold" on a dress I would need to hem without being told a petite size was much less expensive) but thought the problems would have been worked out by now. I recently went in with a friend who is shopping for her wedding dress and it was very obvious that nothing had changed. They are very overpriced, especially for the level of service they provide.

Wow what a great find..Went to several other shops in town and didn't find near the level of service that Sophia's provided. It's a small boutique feel that still has plenty selection. The staff is what makes this place stand out. Free bottled water and cake tasting (maybe only on certain days) Knew my name all 4 times I was in there. Got tuxedos there also - the man helping with that was very knowledgable and helped pick out to match exactly the feel we wanted.



Don't waste time going anywhere else- we all deserve this type of attention for such a special day
