All the negative reviews are false reviews. Not people that have traded with this business. False/fictitious reviews are what is killing this industry. Stop leaving false reviews to a small business that you've never done business with. Shameful!!!

This is the best shop in the city hands down! My whole family takes their vehicles to Rick’s and have for years. Do not listen to these negative reviews. Those people are idiots who don’t want to pay to get their cars fixed. Auto repair is expensive people. If you want a nice vehicle to run properly and have a long life expectancy then you have to spend money on it. If you work a minimum wage job perhaps you should buy a little beater for $750 to putt around in and when it dies buy another one because $750 wouldn’t get much work done on my new vehicle. Also Rick’s has the lowest rates in town. Trust me I know. I called everywhere just to check and see. So honest, knowledgeable, and low rates… I think I’ll pass on Meineke. Thanks anyway.

When I called them someone picked up and was really rude. Not nice at all. “Friendly and honest” not even!

This guy will work on your car without your permission while you’re only getting a diagnosis. I dropped off a car that was over heating. I asked for a diagnosis as it was a car to resell. I get a call the next day saying it’s ready for pickup with a balance of over $100. I asked what was wrong with it. He said it was the water pump. And too complex for him to repair. No lie. But they went ahead and changed the radiator hose and fluids. I told him that wasn’t the deal. And who would do that anyways without addressing the problem. I refused to pay. He then called the police and had me banned from the property. I was forced to pay the 52.50 diagnosis fee to get my vehicle. I should of filed charges and sued him. I still might sue. He has extremely shady business practices and the way he talks to his help is unethical also. Stand in the lobby and listen to him go on his childish tantrums with mark I believe it was.

Wouldn't recommend this place. Straight up shameless liars. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman. I dropped my car off 2 days in a row. 1st day I dropped my car off Early in the morning. I get there at 6 and it looked like they had just started working on it.. I waited for it for an hour to be told that there was something else they needed to do to bring it back the next day. I take it back and am told they couldn't fix it. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone I care about

I paid for the full service, but when I got my receipt and got in the car clearly they didn't check things like they were supposed to. If they didn't even do this what else wasn't done?

It took 30 minutes just to check my car in for an oil change and 2 1/2 hours before they were done. Hell, I even had to call to see if it was finished

They are never open when they are supposed to be. They are never done in the time frame they quote you. Every time I come here it’s an bad experience. I keep coming because of the location but after this time I doubt I ever come back.

Rick's Service Center is an amazing place to get your car worked on! They are people you can trust and they are willing to go the second mile to help people. Plus, they are super at explaining problems and I should know we had a huge issue with our van and they were honest and fair! We can't thank Rick's enough for providing safety for our family through giving outstanding service to our vehicle.
