Fast, great service, and charged me exactly what he quoted. For at-home service, price was very reasonable, and service was professional and friendly, with good advice. I had a bad power supply; he had a new one in and my machine up and running in no time, saving me a lot of aggravation and effort. A very good experience.

Just called, no answer, he immediately calls back, but before I can finish explaining what I was looking for, he hung up on me, and wouldn't answer further calls. Impolite, rude, and unnecessary seeing how many other computer repair/supply stores are out there.
