Mud Slingers Pool & Patio

I had several appointments set up to finalize the purchase of a large inground and they missed all the scheduled times giving me just lame excuses. I fiigure if they can even keep appointments what kind of finished product could I expect. They did not seem to be very trust worthy.

i hired mudslingers to install a new vinyl pool liner with liner lock first they burnt a hole in the liner with my pool light and had to repair the hole as they installed the light then they glued all of my pluming and had to come back and install a union because they sealed it and the pipes could not be removed to close the pool and pump. then my flood light burnt out and due to their installation, they had stripped the bolt heads and they can not be removed. and the liner lock that i paid extra for has come out in at least 50% of the liner lock strip. i called them on the plumbing and they sent a manager out he fixed it when i called about the light being stripped they said someone would come out but they did not and now i called about the liner lock and they told me it was my problem.

i am very dissatisfied and i am hoping that they will change their mind and come repair the mistakes they made after all i paid over $4500.00 to have this work done right to date it is not right

I had pool repairs done and concrete poured. I could not be Happier. Brian was most helpful threw the process. The owner answered all of my questions and even came out to check on the job to make sure that the process was going smoothly. Highly Recommend and will use again!

Buyer beware...we purchased and installed an 18x40 fully automated inground saltwater pool from Mudslingers. As of 8/19/2013, we have a nearly $70k pool that has to be repaired (liner base), botched concrete that will have to be tore out, and the displeasure of dealing with the most unprofessional owners and crew we've ever experienced. Our project was mismanaged and neglected through the entire process. When our "project contact" would not follow through as indicated, we couldn't even get the owner on the phone nor in person. We did get ridiculous emails that acknowledged our complaints but no action. Pool School was a joke so we sought external advice and quotes for repair. We've sought legal counsel at this point and hope no one goes through what we've experienced. It's too large a project to be dissatisfied and ultimately have to incur additional expenses to fix their mess. One star - the sales pitch sounded good...hook, line, & sinker.

I am currently under construction on a new pool. My experience with Kim and Brian has been excellent. The only issue that I have experienced so far has been with a sub-contractor and both Kim and Brian have been very helpful in resolving any problems. I could not ask for a better experience, they are great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering adding a new pool.

With new pool companies popping up every year I highly recommend going with the people at Mud Slingers. Mr. Harper and his team of knowledgeable and highly experienced staff will explain every detail and question you have. Weather it be a repair job as in my case, or installing a new in-ground. As a new home owner with a aging per-existing pool that needed a little rehab, Mr. Harper met every expectation. I could not be more pleased. We hired Mud Slingers for a relatively small job... 12x12 Patio and about a 65 ft. Sidewalk. They treated us as if we were pouring a major in-ground pool. Honest, hardworking, and very clean!! I'm a neat freak over my lawn and they took every precaution to minimize damage to the grass. I will definitely make them my very first call the next time I need ANY concrete work.

I had Mudslingers replace a custome liner in myh inground pool. They completed this job very professsionally, and everything was done when and as promised.

Kim and Brian were great to work with, and answered all questions happily. Unfortunately, I also had them close the pool for the winter immediately after the install, and I have to wait until next spring to fully enjoy it.



They were very patient while I chose the liner, and that took awhile, and best of all

they were the lowest bid by almost $1100.00!!



I would definately recommend them to anyone, and will continue to use them myself for my future closings

we hired mud slingers to add cement to our driveway and to install a new basketball goal. everything was done on time and the communication was constant. we will definitely use them for future projects.

we were refered to mud slingers by a friend who had used them to install a new pool & highly recommended them. we wanted a new liner put in our pool & were on a tight time frame cause it was 2 weeks before the fourth of july & we had our annual party coming up,we talked to mud slingers & they said they could get it in for our party.......we werent sure if it was possible or they were just tryn to make a sale but behold they got it done 3 days before our party. thanks guys, will definetly use them in future.
