Camp Bow Wow

Hi, if you're reading this, absolutely don't use Camp Bow Wow. We used them a few weeks ago for overnight boarding for the weekend. Fortunately, we downloaded the Doggy Cam app so we could watch our dog play while we're away. Much to our dismay, we barely saw our dog playing. Like, we saw her once, maybe twice per day. For hours on end, their play areas were empty.



When we flew back home and picked her up, we asked the 2 girls on staff why we never saw our dog (or any dog) in the play areas. They hesitated and looked away - a sure sign that this question made them uncomfortable. She explained that "the weekend schedule is different" and dogs only "had playtime during mealtimes". So, if you're ok dropping your dog off so she or her can sit in a cage for 2 straight days, this is the place for you. If you actually want your dog to play and be happy while you're away, I suggest choosing one of the many other overnight boarding camps.



I should say, our dog hasn't been the same since. She's now very skittish around other groups of dogs. It breaks my heart that she's not the same and my only recourse is to ensure that no one uses Camp Bow Wow ever again.

Very nice service, always available especially that I often call with my last minute reservations. Dogs are very happy and tired after. One of them Xavier, is very high maintenance and does not like to go to day cares, but he seems happy to go to Camp Bow Wow. Thank you for taking care of my boys!

My dog goes to daycare almost every day. He loves it! He even knows what street Camp Bow Wow is on because he gets all excited when we turn onto it. Everyone there knows his name and they all love dogs! It's a great place. It is also very clean.

I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Indy to take your dog to daycare and also if they need to stay overnight. They really care about my dog and know her by name. She always knows where we are when we pull up to the building she starts to wag her tail immediately! I even got a free day of daycare her first day!
