Worst company ever in Indiana! Lied to me about numbers from day 1. Pushed me to do things before i was ready. Pushed paperwork without explaining the fine details. Months of headache. Cris in Fishers is a sweet talker. Then lies days before closing i find out the truth. Don't work with them!

I have never had so much attention to detail as Michaela and Patty have done. They both made this process seamless and I have enjoyed working with both of the ladies. Very Professional and they know their stuff inside and out. Highly recommended and coming from me that is not something I give out very often. If I had a question it was answered and I don't think I even had to leave a voice mail. Emails promptly responded to and any concerns or questions answered.

I had a Loan Officer that helped me along the way, she answered every question I had even during the evening and on weekends. I had a difficult situation and 1st Signature Lending stayed with me throughout the entire process. I closed on my house within a short amount of time. I would recommend them to anyone!!

This is an disorganized, inexperienced group of people. Closing costs are double what I found elsewhere. Rate was much higher too. I went with them anyways because I felt comfortable with my loan officer, but soon regretted it. I'd take your business elsewhere.

I wish I would have seen this website before I called First Signature Lending. I had called this company to obtain a mortgage and all I was left with was frustration. I called another company and went thru the process with ease. I am now a homeowner. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
