Shuntay and NLC loans were absolutely amazing!

This was my first mortgage and first home purchase. Shuntay helped me through every step of the way. She was there from the beginning in getting my pre-qualification to questions I had right before closing. She was extremely knowledgeable and always made herself available- even on weekends! My credit had some blemishes but Shuntay was able to make it happen! The experience was a bit stressful at times but Shuntay was always calming. As it turns out my interest rate was lower than expected and I closed on my dream home on time... Would definitely recommend Shuntay and will be using her if I have mortgage needs in the future!

As a Realtor I have worked with a lot of lenders but this is by far the worst lender I have ever worked with. Getting in touch with anyone is a struggle and once you are finally able to reach someone they can't provide you with any information. Deadlines and closing dates will come and go and nothing will be done about it. Worst of all though is the constant lying. Never do business with this company if you want to keep a good reputation because they will drag you through the mud.

When I tried to refi with the bank I have used for 20 years and held my current mortgage, they would not even discuss it with me. Jermey Tailford and Melissa Jones were able to process my refi quickly and efficiently. I saved 8 years on mortgage and I am paying less each month.

My loan officer was Cory Jeffries and he is the best. I'd been trying to refinance my home for a number of years, but there was always an obstacle getting in the way of closing the loan. Cory and his NLC team were relentless, leaving no stone unturned. He took all the time I needed to answer questions and walked me through the whole process effortlessly. It took just a few weeks of digging through all of the red tape, but they presented me with a loan approval, at a great rate, when no one else could. All of the paperwork came to me at the house, making it a super easy process at closing. No doubt about it – they get an A+ from me!

Nations Lending and my Loan Officer Chris Woods were awesome. Great knowledge and service. When I first contacted Nations Lending I was really just calling to get information. Home Refinance with NLC Loans . . .

After shopping around. I spoke / dealt with several people who work for or were associated with NLC Loans & decided to go with them to refinance my home. They were knowledgeable & courteous. But one person stands out in my mind and that was Mortgage Banker Mr. Curtis Turoff, very meticulous, thorough, courteous. Mr. Turoff answered all my questions and I had lots of questions. I felt I could contact him anytime . .
