I would not go to this place. After setting up appt in advance for my cat I gave them the information to get records from previous vet. No records were obtain nor was I given a call to advise me before the appt. I left without being seen due to the lack of customer service .
I would highly recommend Advanced Veterinary Hospital. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Kern could be considered, in my opinion, a dog whisperer. I did not have an appointment, I came because I was very unhappy with another vets, The staff here was very respectful and a happy group. Dr. Kern was very compassionate and understood Ginger's stress. Dr. Kern even spent time up front and took the time to talk to me, ease my concerns and even gave me several tips on how to help Ginger behave. If you ever feel uncomfortable with your vet, make the change now and head right away to Advanced Veterinary Hospital. They have my complete and total trust......and now my business.
