Philly Steak and Lemonade

NO STARS!!! Just moved to area & ordered for the 1st time. Placed a $25 order. We were told it would be here in a little over an hour. After an hour and a half, called once and was told order would arrive in less than 10 minutes. After waiting another half hour, we called again just to have the person answering the phone yell at me for calling them. Do not recommend you bother with this place. Was forced to go out to dinner after 2 hours of waiting. I give Arby's 5 stars for the good food, prompt service and friendly staff.

Wonderful place good food !! I have had a problem with delivery!!! And the food being cold but other then that it is good !!

If i could do 0 stars I would.I have ordered from the merrillville store often and nothing but exceptional food and service. So I figured I would get the same experience. Boy was I wrong. I ordered food for 4 people when it was delivered everything was cold. My philly steak salad was 99% lettuce. This is a meal Ive ordered numberous times from merrillville and It is usually loaded with meat and all the good stuff. When I called to complain about the food being cold the manager said there was nothing he can do with out the order # he has to wait for the driver to return. HE WAS VERY RUDE like i was in the wrong for complaining that my 40 something dollar order was cold. I NEVER received a call back so when i called again they hung up and I tried calling the next day and they gave me the run around again. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
