I stopped in at oreilly auto at 460 north mannheim rd in hillside IL 2 days ago due to having a emergency. My lug nuts came loose & broke all 5 studs on my van. So I was in hillside/Bellwood area about 2 blocks away from store. 3 lug nuts were still safe so I was able to reuse those 3. So anyways I walked over to your store to get new studs, but when I got there I remembered from previous experience that some after market hub bearings have different studs than factory. Well anyways once I told your manager Fabian my situation he got out the micrometer & measured my old one & the one his computer said it should be for a 00 Dodge Grand Caravan sport & yep the stock replacement ones were smaller. So then he plugged in some specs into computer & had 2 or 3 that it suggested but they were the wrong thread pitch size. So he changed his search specs slightly & found another one PN: 610-370 or revised # 98512.1 He said this should work. My next thing was I only had $5 bucks cash in pocket & they were $2.99 each. I asked him if there was anything he could do for me so I could make it home safely with 3 studs. So he said I'll take care of it & marked each stud down to 1.50 so I could afford the 3 with tax to make it home that day as my van was stuck in a parking lot 2 blocks away. He went above & beyond the call of duty to help me out that day!! Btw way I later looked up part # on dorman website & it said both of those 2 part # were to a 91 & 92 dodge Caravan, Chrysler T&c & Plymouth Voyager. It still puzzles me but at least Fabian figured it out & saved the day!!! Rated A++++
