Worst experience. This is a complete scam of a company. They have no issues showing up to take your fee and let you know they will be back. After they leave, that will be the last you will ever see them.

They will never answer a phone call and don’t expect a call back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! After a month of trying to get in touch and get resolved myself and HWA has had zero response. Had to reassign to another company.

Worst. Experience. Ever!

Horrible experience with this company. I have a leaking kitchen sink. This plumbing company was booked by my home insurance company home choice warranty.
The first appointment that was able to be scheduled in 5 days after claim was submitted! was cancelled by this CSS on Demand company with no reasons. The second appointment that was re-scheduled was NO CALL NO SHOW, not only they wasted my time, but they also don't pick up their phone when you trying to reach out to them, nor they returning any messages that you are going to leave. DON"T USE THEM! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME!
