This compay located in sulphur spring RD. baltomore, MD, is a scam. 1. Thet didnt bring a scale when picking up items. instead they weighed the items in weigh station according to the driver, which in that case , I, the customer, couldn't see how they weigh them. Then, they charged me double the estimate. 2. A sales rep in this location whose name starts " Al,,,," , is one of the most not-nice people in the world. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. HE IS HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE. He doesnt have that attitude that a customer must be respected. 3. I requested the deluvery date but that person rejected to deliver on that date, according to him, " there may be a lot of reason to hinder on the exact date" . So I picked one day as a person frim global express van line ,asked me to do on the pick-up day, so i did. Guess what!!! Some hours later, they said, i needed to pay extra because the day I chise originally was different from, therefore they had to store items for a couple of more days. I was furious. THEY didnt wanna deliver items when i wanted and they wanted to steal my money.

Bottom line, DO NOT EVER THINK TO USE THIS COMPANY, EVER. ESPECIALLY, The sales rep, whose name starts with "al,,,," in baltomore office.
