my husband and i attended pf chang with a gift certificate we earned from PNC bank..i loved everything from the drinks to to food. The bartenders and the waiter were the best. My waiter was Roderick and he was the best waiter I ve ever had at any restuarant. He was very helpful and knoledgeable of the different type of foods and drinks avail. He was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were satisfied with everything.He even joked with me about eating with the chopsticks because i had them upside down. He was just a pleasure. I even called back and spoke to his manager to let her know how great he was and the food was excellent. I had such a good time that i took my daughter thier the next day so we could take advantage of the happy hour menu. She loved it

Brian is a great waitor, food comes fast yet is definitely freshly prepared. would definitely go back. in many ways the work of a critic is easy, we risk very little yet enjoy a position over those who offer up their work and theirselves to our judgement. anyone can cook but i realize only now do i truly understand not everyone can become a great artist but a great artist can come from anywhere.
For a chain restaurant the food is amazingly good. You must Call ahead or you will wait over an hour. Good bar also. Cocunut shrimp and mongolian beef are outstanding.

Provided by SuperpagesI was very disappointed. A salmon dish was very overcooked and also the sea bass was overcooked. The mongolian beef was not tender and was overcooked. I thought since a chinese restaurant it would be good but the most of the cooks are not of chinese decent. Not recommended by me.
