Requested a quote for network wiring, labor only (no materials), these crooks wanted me to pay $75.00/hour for a cable puller. Good thing I looked around. I found the going rate to be between $20-$30 for an experience wiring person. I would not trust this company with my business.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They installed a phone system for our business when we moved in September and it has never worked correctly. We were losing 30% of our calls into cyberspace; no roll to another number or voice mail or even leaving a missed number... just gone. They refused to send a tech out to fix the problems. They never sent someone to show us how to properly use the phone system though we were promised they would. They have nearly put us out of business. We are down 200% in gross since we hired them. They have the worst customer service in the world. They could care less about getting our phones working correctly. Al they want to do is blame other companies for the problem. Stay well away from them if you want a working phone system.
