        DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!

        This doctor is the most unorganized and UN-attentive practitioner I have ever seen or even heard of. After throwing several medications at me that did not work he simply referred me to a chronic pain specialist BUT reduced my care and medications that were working prior to the referral going through.
        I have had to remind him multiple times of medication interactions and he has messed up on the RX directions several times as well. He has a "don't care attitude which is only over-shadowed by his ...
