Unprofessional. I've been there a few times and have given them more than enough opportunity to make the situation right.



To summarize, I went in with a loud grinding noise coming from my front end. So they replaced one wheel bearing, said it should be good. Problem persisted, they replaced the other wheel bearing and also apologized for not noticing the break caliper that needed replaced. Problem still persisted. When I returned the mechanic said that he "knew that it was the tie rods." If he knew that it was the tie rods, it would certainly seem pertinent to tell me. He said that he didn't have any openings for a solid two weeks. Seeing as I had already dropped 500$ into wheel bearings I needed to wait to get paid anyway. I waited THREE weeks and he never called. I called back, they said he was late for work. Called back again, they said he was out picking up a transmission, and he'd call me back in 20 minutes. 2 hours went by, still no call. Eventually, he called and said that he could fit me in on a day that I worked, and that I told them I worked. So I called them up today on my day off to get the vehicle fixed. They said they didn't have any openings for 2 days.



Rhetorical question; how can a business promise service to a customer within a certain time frame, and leave that customer waiting while taking other customers before him?



Furthermore, their garage is in disarray and the reps are incredibly unprofessional around customers.
