Customer service was through the roof! no pun. The roofers tools kept tripping my circuits and had to go and get a generator but otherwise I have great things to say!

Avalon was very methodical from start to finish. What surprised me the most was expecting to need my shoes on while walking around the car for a while after the roof was installed and I have yet to find a single nail! Ill be calling them when I get the roof done on my house to match my new garage!

Jason was a wonderful project manager and he was easy to talk to and understand what we wanted done on our roof. we had an issue with the roof and he was quick to find a solution.

I was very satisfied with the work avalon did on my roof. Communication was great and the roofers were very professional. I would highly recommend avalon and Jason for any home improvment project you may have.

Doug Draper was friendly and knowledgeable. We needed a slider and we got a great price from him, yet again. The installer was thorough and left our place nice and clean. We were pleased that after the job was done, they checked back with us to see if we had any concerns. Thanks again guys!

A stranger’s knock on the door saved my family $10,000.

What a true blessing it was to have Gus show up at our door. When we purchased out house, we knew the roof would have to be replaced because it was about 15 years old and the type of shingle installed had quality defects which caused it to prematurely wear. After the hailstorm hit the city, I didn’t really think anything of it until Gus came knocking on the door. Gus was very professional and walked me through every step of the process and even assisted in the insurance claim call. He went above and beyond to ensure the process went smoothly, was on budget, and completed in a reasonable manor. He was able to meet with me outside of his normal working hours to pick out the replacement shingles and taught me so much about the claim process and how to look for hail damage on a shingle. He gave me inside tips on how different insurance companies fight claims and Gus ensured me that he would jump through ever hoop he had too in order to get a new roof on the house. Luckily, my insurance provider accepted the claim on the first submission. When the team showed up to rip and replace, I was already at work and by the time I got home they were nearly finished and cleaning up. Throughout the process I was able to work with both Gus and josh, it appears that both of these employees are ready to push Avalon to the next level and incorporate new advanced technologies that make both of their jobs easier and safer. I could tell Josh really have a passion for the work that he does and the company that he works for. Now that the work is all said and done, and the last check was cut, I know that it will not be the last time I work with Avalon Building Concepts. - Patrick Bush

Upon completion I am 100% satisfied with the work done by Avalon. Salesperson Jason stayed in touch and administered several contract changes without any discrepancies. All did excellent work and Roger and Brad did excellent work on the house roof repairs.
