        Thank God for the kids at the Verizon shop.

        since Verizon service has been going down steadily. The only thing that keeps me sane is having the folks at bullfrog deal with the incompetent customer service representatives at Verizon corporate.

        Every single time that I go he...

        Every single time that I go here the people that work there are rude. They take personal calls right in front of me and never treat me with respect. And on top of that they never help me. They can't tell me what's wrong with my phone, let alone fix it. The guy couldn't even get the back case off my phone, he handed it back to me and made me do it...I gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me give them 0
