So far, NOT so good! It's been 14 days since I ordered my rims and tires, and yet to have them installed. Supposedly, only 3 were delivered. Still waiting for the 4th to be delivered. Was called in yesterday to have them installed and the lift done. However, after I dropped it off and went back at the end of the day, the 4th rim HAD NOT arrived. And, these guys cant' seem to get any help from FedEx (the shipper). So, apparently, FedEx is just riding around with the 4th rim in the truck. These guys don't seem to care or move with any urgency. So far, the only thing I've gotten from them is a 3" lift and a lot of aggravation. And, by the way, there's now a metal on metal noise in the front suspension that was not there originally. Would not and will not recommend them. They were helpful at first, but once they got some money from me, the customer service went out the window. Maybe it would've been worth it to pay more at Kirk's. Maybe I would atleast have my truck done. Would've given them a ZERO, but they only offer a 1 star.
