Pull-N-Save Glendale

I was in this auto parts operation all last week and was very impressed with their quality of personnel and service. They have a constant flow of happy customers getting huge savings on quality used auto parts in the Glendale area.

They all act like they are bothered by the business. Anyways, the cashier had no customer service skills, not to mention they don't say anything about their return policy. To begin, I think it is a scam to charge you $2.00 admission fee so you have to go look for the part which they can't tell you they have on their computer. I purchased a tire & wheel this morning. Unfortunately, the tire was a bigger size than I currently have on the vehicle. I called to see if they would refund the cost of the tire, only to find out they have a no refund policy on the tire. I get that if I had kept the tire for longer than a day. I did not even put the tire on the vehicle. I was going to use it as a spare which was stolen. I washed it & compared it to the ones on the vehicle and that's how I figured it was the wrong size. Anyways, I get policies but it is the same tire I bought earlier which I never used. That is the problem with too many people today, they just don't have any common sense.
