        For some reason when you have a suck baby you ALWAYS have to wait for you prescription, well I waited, when I finally got my prescription and got home (45 miles away one way that is) i check her medication abd it us POWDER what is this!!! I called Kroger back and it was " THEIR mistake it should have been mixed just bring it right back and we will gladly mix it for you." Explained we live 45 miles away not around the corner or in the same town and no we unfortunately don't have a Kroger in our small town. Having to wait and then they can't even fill the prescription correctly!!!! Pathetic

        I have never encountered a business whos employees are as kind, helpful and eager to assist. I started shopping Georgetown KY Kroger about a year ago and have found the employees here are the best of any grocery store I have shoped. The manager here apparently does a great job in motivating these employees and they seem geniuingly concerned to assist.

        I find the staff to be very friendly. There's a great selection of food items, and it is great to have a Murray's cheese counter and a Starbucks!

        I have been shopping at Kroger for many years, mostly because they are the only game in town. I have had good and bad experiences but nothing like the rudeness of a manager (or she claimed to be the manager) at this Georgetown location. I usually spend $100 or more a week and I will now be looking for an alternative.
