Sunnyside Trophy

I called after being referred to them by Meachum's Memorials. I was looking for a specific product to clean my son's grave marker. The ladies there were very nice and spent several minutes helping me. They referred me to other businesses in the area that might have what I needed and one of them gave me detailed instructions on how to clean the granite around my son's marker. Wonderful customer service I haven't experienced in this area in many years.

If your interested in engraving any Firearms (slides etc) I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. The employees are nice and I was not charged for their attempt to engrave however, the damage done on a weapon that is dear to my heart cannot be repaired. The attempted engraving was crooked and actually rubbed off the weapon. Instead of apologizing the guys just stands there dumbfounded and hands me back my damaged weapon. Complete and total failure in their craft and trade. Unacceptable.

The management at Sunnyside Trophy ( Susan ) were kind enough to offer to assist in the cost of repair to my weapon. Deputy Cotta of Kings Guns Center was able to coordinate with PBR Coatings ( www.pinstripingbyrat.com ) of Exeter for a Memorial Tribute via taped interview regarding the personal meaning of this weapon. I appreciate the efforts of Susan at SunnySide Trophy and Todd and Rat for making this right.

I have no clue what Sam X is talking about but the staff at sunnyside trophy bent over backwards for me. My event was this weekend I placed an order online and when it didn't show up, I went in to Sunnyside Trophy, explained my situation and they hooked me up with a better product than I ordered online! They are awesome! I highly recommend sunnyside trophy. Thank you once again.

I had a bad customer experience with this shop even after a few years of being their customer. Every year, our organization order awards from them. This year I personally went in to place the order. The lady, Sue, was very rude and didn't listen to my needs. She didn't answer my questions politely and she didn't bother to show me the different awards I can get. It makes me feel sad to walk into a business like this because I thought they were a professional business. I have to take my order elsewhere thanks to Sue.

This is the only trophy shop to go to, fast and great customer service. Thank you sunnyside trophy for getting my order done in time .
