I am so pleased with my hair. Everyone was so nice. I have not been to a hair salon in 15 years. My gosh this was wonderful!!! I got exactly what I asked for MACI Is great. Well worth the visit. It took 3 hours to cut color and highlights then toner. She is fantastic my hair was a nightmare now its great

I scheduled NOGO which was great. He was very humble and offered me beverages, asked me what was I looking for. He took his time instead of rushing through. I literally came in with a mop on my head (dont judge I got toddlers)... He left me looking nice,I love my new hair n I love that it wasn't way expensive.

I'd highly recommend him he's talented AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE..

Moved to CA from CO a month ago and needed to find a new place for a haircut with Yelp's help. I explained to Michelle M. what I was looking for and she worked her magic to deliver a wonderful cut. While the cut and style was different from the former stylist I used in CO for over 10 years, but I must say that Michelle did a terrific job. The sides were tight and the top was left a bit longer (a little too much thinning up there). I definitely plan to have Michelle cut my hair again!

I love this hair salon! I go to Talar Sarian and she is just so awesome! She never once messed up on my hair and is super nice! As for customer service, they are awesome, super helpful and always make sure their clients are taken care of. All these ladies that are employed at reflections have years of experience, so if you beef your hair done, I'd say this place is a must!

This review is directed sloely to the first comment left by Tracy Thompson. I am an employee used to work at Reflections a few years ago, and I am very disheartened to see that there are customers who will go so far as to lying to make themselves feel better about their own unique flaws. I will not go into to too much detail, however I had my own chair next to Tracy's hairsresser, and will say that the siitaution Tracy is speaking of with the salon straff occured only becaszue Tracy could not properly manage her own PERSONAL finances. Funny how after this horrible customer service she recived, she still continued coming back! WHile I worked there the staff, both hairdressers and front desk, was helpful, organized, and extremely polite. My customers never comaplined, I only left because I had to relocate. Please do not be thwarted by these negative comments left. And also, I would like just like to say in reaction to the comment left about minoritiy's. First of all I am a minority and second of all most of my clients are minorities. Never once did I or any of them have issues becasue of our race. The staff truly was good to EVERYONE. And remeber that is a former employee saying that!
