Own A Car

We love, love this Own A Car! Our first and only stop to look for our new family car. Their inventory is amazing, tons of gorgeous cars. We decided on a Mercedes Benz, we simply couldn't pass this deal by! Patty and Rene helped us above and beyond! Thanks you very much Own A Car for such an amazing experience! Definitely will be returning for our next vehicle.

UPDATE: I bought my vehicle back in March. I bought a 2015 Chevy Cruise. A few days after buying it, the tire sensor needed to be fixed. Then maybe a week to weeks after I go to wash it, water leaks into my car and the speakers stop working. Shortly after that, my car starts jerking at every stop light and turned off one day. I get frustrated and take the car in, considering I’ve only had The car for one month I’m beyond frustrated and wanted to trade it in. They said the bank “couldn’t finance” me, so they “fixed it”. I was thankful for that, then shorty after that I wanted to trade my car into Carmax because I had a gut feeling The car was going to have issues down the road. Well while Carmax was doing The appraisal, the showed me the oil stick. BUILT up oil and they stated that the oil wasn changed when it was suppose to be changed, and that it will eventually lead to bigger problems. Well now, I’ve had the car for 2 months, I was driving with my children and the car started overheating and smoking. As soon as I put it in park, something busted and fluid starting pouring out from the bottom. At this point I’m done with the car. The OWNER MADDY gave me a car to use since we were supposed to leave To Disneyland the next day. I told him I didn’t want the cruze back, I’m paying waaaay too much money from a new car and have had several major issues in two months. He GAVE ME HIS WORD that if I liked the way the car he lend me ran, I’d sign papers when I get back. Something told me excuses would be made, and here I am leaving the dealership CARLESS. He tried giving me the keys back to the Cruze and I refused to take Them because he gave me his word is sign papers for the new car. I even called on my lunch to ensure I’d be signing papers and now I will be taking them to court. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BUYING FROM THIS PLACE OR ANYWHERE THEY OWN.

Buyer Beware. Lack of knowledge of vehicles by salespeople. Buyers guide on auto's windows don't match with what's actually in the vehicle.

2 months ago I came to OAC to buy a car. I did not know what i wanted and the salesman was very nice and help me to decide. The company staff was so professional in the way they assisted me. I tried different places before I came here and the staff did not care they just wanted money to put you in anything. i thank these guys for what they did for me and would recommend them to everyone I know. The time they took was even better I did not have to be here for 4-6 hours before they gave me an answer they were straight forward in telling you what you need and the cars are beautiful and clean. Thank you guys PS. Since then everything on the car has been working great

I was looking on line for an inexpensive and reliable vehicle. found a 2003 Chrysler Sebring with high miles but within my budget. i checked the OAC' reviews on line and i was a little bit scared. so, before anything i took the car to my long time mechanic. he recommended me to replace the struts and a few more maintenance things. i went back to Lance and agreed in a better price for the repairs that have to be done in the car. one thing that caught my mechanic attention was the fact they didn’t clean the engine to hide oil or water leaks and when i ask Lance if i can get the car inspected he didn't hesitate about it . i tried with 2 others small dealer and they didn't allow me to do it. yes i recommend this place just be sure to get your car inspected before

I bought my second car from this Lance at Own A Car 3 weeks ago and everything was simple and realistic as the first time. good cars and decent prices. my advice to other costumers: don't expect a 12 years old car to be perfect
