Dr. Truong is amazing!! I am 25, but was bit by a dog in the face when I was five, so my lips have always been uneven and a huge source of insecurity for me. I received a Juvederm treatment for lip augmentation from Dr. Truong and couldn't be happier! I really feel the most secure about myself I've ever been. It's mind blowing what a fifteen minute procedure could do to my self esteem. Everything with Faces! has been a piece of cake, and so pleasant. The office staff is amazing - Jackie helped me through my appointments and was so fun and caring! She made me feel as though I was her new best friend! She listened, understood, joked, and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Dr. Truong is so calm and collected, yet knows exactly what he's doing. I wish he was my doctor for everything!! My experience couldn't be better! I will be going back for a permanent lip implant, and can't wait to have the pleasure of dealing with Jackie and Dr. Truong again. If you two are reading this, THANK YOU for everything. This was one of the best experiences of my life, and I regret only doing this now!

I initially met Dr. Truong several years earlier wherein he created a dimple chin. I continue to get compliments from people about my chin. Although it is not genetics, I like how natural, as well as centered my dimpled chin is. As a surgeon, Dr. Truong is incredible. He is very thorough, centered, and focused during the surgical process. He has an incredible team that accompanies him during the surgical process. I always come away feeling as though Dr. Truong and his entire team listen to my concerns. As a plastic surgeon, he is patient, in tune to detail, and very kind.



Recently, I went abroad and received a face-lift, cheek implants, and otoplasty from two plastic surgeons who are friends of mine. However, as I was on blood thinner shots for a congenital condition, I ran into complications, specifically hematoma on the right and left side of my neck. I decided to leave the country that I was in, and while in customs in Arizona, I contacted the office. I explained the procedures that I had, and asked that Dr. Truong follow my care, as I had left the country due to concerns.



Although I had not spoken w/ he or his staff w/in 2 years, I felt that confident in reestablishing contact w/ him, and I am glad that I was able to do so. He got me into see him the following day, and I was in surgery to have the hematoma removed from my right and left side of my neck. As I was very overwhelmed due to leaving the country w/ sutures in my body, I was so comforted by Dr. Truong’s ability to explain the surgical procedure in a calm and concise manner. He surgically removed the hematoma, as well as the sutures a week later. I feel very blessed to have established a working relationship w/ him several years earlier. What I look for in a good plastic surgeon is someone who is calm and thorough.



In retrospect, I regret not going to see him directly for the procedure(s) noted. However, 2 of my friends who are plastic surgeons abroad had graced me w/ what seemed like a wonderful gift. Although the gift was appreciated, you can never cut corner(s) when it comes to plastic surgery. Dr. Truong does not cut corners, and you will not be sorry you seek consultation and service from him. I've been to Faces several times now, hoping it would improve at some point. It didn't. Each time I went in, the assistants asked for payment in advance of the procedure. This irritated me because I have never experienced this before and the implication is that I am somehow going to forfeit payment if I don't pay in advance.



The disrespect only worsened, however, as -- during one of these pay in advance moments on my final visit to Faces -- the assistant taking my credit card came back into the room and asked me if I had someone else's credit card. I said, no, why? And she said that the title on the credit card (I used a different card before which didn't bear my title) said "doctor" so it must have been someone else's card. I told her that this is my correct title and that my name (which she knows very well from previous visits) is just the same. Then her jaw hit the floor, suggesting that she thought I couldn't be a doctor myself. Her next words to me confirmed this when she said "Wow. You're a doctor?" At this point I was beyond irritated by her lack of manners and total ignorance when it comes to customer relations, but I was there and so decided to go ahead with the procedure. During the procedure, the same individual argued with Dr Truong (in his defense, he didn't raise his voice and tried to remain calm), but she continued to act in a hostile manner towards the doctor while he was injecting me.

The other girl that works at Faces is much kinder and respectful towards customers and Dr Truong himself is okay. He is not really one for conversation -- and at times I have felt uncomfortable and tense due to the atmosphere in the building -- but this atmosphere has obviously been created by the other employee.

I have moved onto another place for my injections and it has been an all-together superior experience right down to the policy of payment after the procedure. I didn't realize just how bad Faces is until I switched. I must have been a glutton for punishment. As such, I would definitely not recommend Faces because of its downright hostile, disrespectful staff. Also, the new place did not leave me bruised and swollen like Dr Truong has done in the past. Bottom line: there are far better places to get injections in Fresno.

I sustained a burn scar to my face during a surgical procedure two years ago. I was so afraid to have it revised and end up with a larger scar. Dr. Truong and his staff made me feel comfortable and calm through the whole process (even allowing me time to settle down when my nerves got the better if me). The results I got even immediately after surgery are amazing! Their whole office is amazing and I'm so grateful for everything!

The attention and medical care I received both before and after my surgery from Dr. Truong and his staff was excellent. I met Dr. Truong through a friend who had gone to him. I have had a brow & face lift. I could not be more pleased with the results. I continue to see Dr. Truong for injections and would not hesitate to have him perform any procedure I may choose. His skills are above reproach and his ability to keep on top of the ever-changing industry is remarkable. He is always available for your questions and will guide you as in the same manner as your best friend.

My optometrist recommended Dr. Truong for droopy eyelid surgery. I also went ahead with lower lid blepharoplasty. I am very pleased with the overall results. You don't need to drive to Hollywood or Beverly Hills for the best plastic surgeon, when there is Dr. Truong here in Fresno.

I first went in to have Botox. Since then, I've had more Botox, Juvederm, spider vein treatments. Dr. Truong does all of the procedures. He listens to you, is very caring and compassionate.



For most of my life I had protruding ears. I was teased most of my life about them. I never wore my hair up or in a pony tail. He listened to me, heard of all my concerns and fixed my ears. You can't put a price on the gratitude I feel for him and his fantastic staff. I feel like part of their family now. I wouldn't think of going to anyone else to have facial work done.

I went to Dr. Truong for the first time for facial fillers and Botox. My experience was wonderful Dr. Truong and his staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. He used a local anesthetic to numb the areas the filler was being injected and also used a topical anesthetic cream for my Botox which made for a pleasant painless experience.
