I like going in there so fare no problems with the service I love the food. My sister love a chocolate cake and my other sister love the macaroons......
Shouldn't even be a 1 star..... been a couple of years since I've been in, my husband wanted to try for the first time today. Long wait (that's fine), got several items to eat in the car and to take home for dinner desert. So extremely disappointed. ... we got 3 different kinds of cinnamon rolls, puff pastries, turn overs and a berry pie. All were so dry and old /stale tasting, it was a waist! No one would finish any of their treats..... lousy! Won't be going back again.
The customer service at this bakery is absolutely ridiculous!!The are very snotty. They made me wait at least 20 mins to place an order.I have gone on several occasions and they were the same way every time.I placed an order for a birthday cake last year about a week in advance and when I went to pick it up,they didn't even make it!!I was horrified! When they realized what THEY did, they weren't even apologetic.P.S This bakery needs an attitude make over!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! customer service is horrible, the people are so rude! i wanted to order a cake for a party that was in one week, and since they must have a 2 week notice, they decided they could fit me in if i pay $1,300 on the spot for a cake that costed only $300!! Way over priced even for a 1 week late notice.
I was referred to Eddie's Bakery by my friend, who isisted this bakery was the best. I was looking for something special for my parent's 30th Anniversary. I took in a photo of their original wedding cake and asked if it could be replicated, but on a smaller scale. I ended up ordering a 2-tier white cake with raspberry and apricot filling (it just sounded like something my parents would have ordered for their wedding). I had the cake delivered directly to the banquet room at the SJCC, where I saw it for the first time. It was beautiful and looked so elegant set out on the table. It tasted even better! My parents were so pleased that I actually sent a Thank You card to the decorator and staff at Eddie's Bakery. I plan to be getting all my cakes there from now on!
if you want a " curt ..no " as to what they don't offer and not a helpful hint where you may find it then visit eddie's. who knows if the products they make are still as good after all those years in business...i simply left and went on to the next bakery. found what i wanted with a " please and a thank you ".
