        Not Again For Another 7 Years!!!

        It's been 7 yrs since I last visited a Chili's......and I now I remember why its been 7 yrs! Customers are invisible to staff, no TP in the bathroom, 20 minutes to get a glass of water, not being served the right food, actually had better food/service from a Drive-Thru. A simple glass of water, "free Flatbread" and a Salad took 2 hours - did I mention that I went during the slowest part of the day. Spoke with the manager 3X's and the only saving grace is that this torturous lunch was on the house. 2 hours of my life I'll never get back!
