As a client of theirs I'm constantly lied to about being given a call back, updated, and or any information pertaining to my case. Having worked with this firm before I was looking for that service, not The New 2016 version of an entire law firm that just doesn't not care. In looking for a little compassion due to the situation I went through was not there, this accident no fault of my own had me thinking that this law firm would understand that emotional and physically I had just taken a whipping. Time means everything and once that got my case in front of them, all of the bells and whistles then it's IDK. WTF.... Yes they totally left me out to hang. I need answers now and would've died for a settlement yesterday but once again when I inquired about my case i'm told IDK...
