        Overall

        "The driver and his crew at origin were really good and

        speedy too. It has been many years since I have been on a job, so I was impressed by the use of hump straps by the helpers and the way they padded everything in the house. You could tell these guys were professionals and had been in the moving business for many years.

        "Very rarely today do you find a company with such outstanding customer service. The men who packed and loaded our belongings were incredibly respectful and careful with our things.

        They listened to my instructions and worked tirelessly.

        They worked in brutally cold weather all day long and never complained.

        With temperatures at 20 to 30 below (actual air temp), most would probably

        not even show up for work, yet I never heard one of your men utter a word about it.

        Then you made what could have been a very stressful situation very easy.

        Thank you so much for responding so quickly to the problems at hand with the carpeting and the burst pipe. My being almost 9 months pregnant and moving was a lot all at once, but you and your company helped ease the stress every step of the way. I will definitely (and have been) recommending your company to everyone I know. I also called Joanie Cortina and informed her of your outstanding customer care and response to our situation. I know that she will continue to use your company for Chicago area moves. I truly wish your company well during this tough economic time, but if you continue satisfying customers as you did my family, I know that you won't need my wishes. Please let me know if you ever need any type of recommendations for a customer, or if you have a customer recommendation list, please add my name.
