I called them with only two days notice and they were able to set up the relocation for a good price. Tommy who was working with me to set up the move was extremely helpful. He gave me tips on how to make the move easier for the best price possible. The guy is on your side trying to help you get the move done as smoothly as possible. I have been texting and calling him with questions throughout the process, and he is always available to answer any questions or confusions, always getting back to me within minutes. If you need to relocate, Tommy is your guy.
The day of the move, there was a bit of a hiccup on my part, but the movers worked through it. I had a friend open up the storage unit for the movers, and I forgot to give my friend the initial payment that is supposed to be payed at pick-up. The workers continued to put all my belongings in the truck and said that they’ll take the payment when they drop off my stuff in New Jersey. Really helpful and understanding.
Again, if you need to use a moving company, Long Distance Movers is the one to use. They have been extremely helpful and accommodating despite my short notice relocation.
