Poor customer service. They don't return phone calls or emals.

Don't do it! Terrible service. They don't return phone calls, don't honor its warranty. They installed cabinets in our new house that were beat up, marked, and dinged, and then didn't respond for two weeks to multiple phone calls from us and the builder. The contact person kept telling us we'd receive a return call in a few minutes, and would never get one. It took about 15 phone calls over this period. When they finally committed to coming out, we were told it would be another two weeks! Unreal.



This company takes the money from the builder, but doesn't want to live up to its warranty.
