I can't say enough GREAT things about this location!

I went the for the first time last summer for a quote on a repair and my car did not start as I went to leave. They were able to fix it the same day for me.

I have taken two other vehicles into Tuffy for service this year and have been EXTREMELY happy each time.



The managers and service men are helpful and friendly every time. The one manager, Dave, remembered me this year just by seeing me. He remebered the car I brought in the previous summer for the service.



Yesterday I needed a fuel pump replaced in my vehicle. I brought the parts in to Tuffy and they were able to get her repaired very quickly. They are always upfront and honest. There were parts that I purchased that weren't needed and they were left in my car so I could return them.



I am very comfortable going in to Tuffy to speak with Dave, Dustin, John or John. As a woman, I have been talked down to by men at other shops, but here I am treated like a friend. I do the majority of work on my car and I have talked to them about what I have done and they are accepting. It is a wonderful experience.



I have to mention the vehicle I took in there is my "old faithful" and my pride & joy.

She is also my test vehicle at most places, which I don't mention. She is 20 years old, has a rusted out body and some days a miracle she runs. But she is the Best vehicle I have ever owned. I have had brand new vehicles that have not lasted as long.

If a shop can repair her and treat her with respect, then they are a win in my book. I had a mechanic once replace the fly wheel in her and set the old greasy flywheel in the cloth driver's seat. He also did not wear gloves and everything he touched inside my Jimmy was covered in grease. He said why should I care because it's so old.



Happily I will take all of my vehilce to Tuffy (on Dort & Lapeer) in Flint for service.

I HIGHLY recommend them to my friends, co-workers and customers that come in to my business. I work right down the street.



These guys are the greatest and do awesome work!!

And with the new fuel pump, she is running like a champ again!!!!
