My wife had brake work done here. She was impressed with the two ladies who are running the service department.

Very friendly staff , friendly on the phone as well in person.

I went to this dealer as not my first and or only option and that's what they treated me as ...and I can positively say that I have never been treated as low as this company maid me feel as many other dealerships I have came into big named to small trying to take advantage of you or not I have never been in a room with a camera in my face like a criminal. And then interagated about thing they clearly see on your report..wasnt even treated this way for a home loan not even RPM back in the day ...there was no choices on what cars they can offer u and the point was pay 200 dollers and then we will see ????....and then pay 400 dollers a month for a over 10 year old car ..No I could have saved that hard inquiry on my credit and time..good luck everyone with this.

JD Byrider is the best! The staff on the sales floor (Alphonzo, Alyssa, Tony, and Trevor) are especially helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build credit and get into a reliable car!

I worked with Tony and I must say he went above and beyond to make sure we did not walk away unsatisfied. He showed great care ans concern for his customers and has great customers service skill!

The staff were wonderful to work with. I have dealt with used car lots before and always had bad first impressions, but not with JD Byrider. They helped me get into a dependable vehicle and the payment plan is better than i had expected!
