I bought a vehicle from this dealer a month ago. After 2 weeks of having it it started squeeking over dips in road and when braking. This was after contacting them the first time when vehicle was shaking one day which went away. After more than one call, numerous emails, more than a few online chats telling them the problem with no response i finally told them i would just write online reviews. Finally i got a response that said i could bring it to let them take a look at it. I'm not driving an hour and a half there for them to look at it when i don't trust their service to begin with. In one month i have had the shaking, the squeeking, the side mirrors don't work. I took it to the chrysler dealer On march 26. They recommended new swaybar bushings for squeeking, shocks front and back because of creaking over dips, wheel alignment, to the tune of 800 dollars. I even emailed them the videos of the issues and noises and estimate of repairs. I even offered to pay half of repair and have emails to prove it. No response of course. My check engine light came on also and had to replace gascap which wasn't a huge deal. If you are looking for a car here please STAY AWAY! I contacted them thru email a total of 8 times. I texted the guy that sold me car twice. I phoned and left messages at office 2 or 3 times and online chatted 2 or 3 times and only one email response only after i said i would write a review. I have the emails to prove and the videos of issues. Here are links

Please do yourself a favor and find another dealer learn from my mistake.

Jay Bechara is the BEST. We just bought our second Mercedes from him. I never knew a salesman to try so hard to please a customer! The first car was just as he said it was no problems. A great car. Second was was just updaing and if possible I think we like it better than the first. There is nothing but honesty. I would buy a car sight unseen from this man.
