Minser's Collision

The owner Mike is very nice but there seems to be a lack of QC before the vehicles leave the shop and the attention to detail is not great.

My civic was rear ended ...Mike and crew are amazing ..It took only a week they said what they intended on doing an> DID IT

A few years ago I backed into a pole (!!!) and had to fix up the damage to not only the bumper but body as well before turning it in for the lease expiration. Got a quote at Minsers and just to make sure it was a good price went right to a more widely known collision shop just north of them on Woodward Ave. (won't mention the name) where I was quoted just over double the cost that Minser's gave me for the SAME JOB! When I informed the manager of the collision shop (NOT MINSER'S) of the price Minser's gave me, he started making up all this stuff about "oh, well if you want it done RIGHT we have to remove all your windows and take the body off the frame...blah blah blah."



Needless to say I went with Minser's who stuck to their price and did a fantastic job. Paint matched perfectly, contours repaired without a trace of the damage. It was amazing. I told them what the other shop had said about taking my whole car apart etc. to do it and they laughed. They didn't need to do any of that (or at least very little of it) and they did a perfect job while staying within the quoted price. Honest guys who seem to enjoy what they do and do it well. I highly recommend them (and often do) to anyone (that I like) who needs to get work done. They are now my "collision guys."
