        We are a Health and Wellness/Martial Arts School in Ewing NJ. We cater to all ages, and welcome families to our facility. We teach Tai Chi, MMA, Wushu, Tien Shan Pai, Yoga, Mediation, High Intensity Interval Training and offer Personal Training. Our martial arts skills range from Northern China and offer ages 3 -120 the confidence they need to get through the stresses of everyday life. We offer the fitness to start children on the right path of health and wellness. We keep our older students in balance and offer help with work/life stressors.
