General Info: The sessions I offer will help you to relieve tension, stress and anxiety, and achieve a deep state of relaxation. I will also assist you to relieve acute or chronic pain conditions, as well as rehabilitate from injuries. As you know, there are many benefits to receiving regular massages. Research has shown that massage assists your body's natural ability to heal itself, bringing you back into balance and increasing your health and well-being. Massage modalities I may use during your session may include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, Soft Tissue Release and Passive Stretching. I also offer Hot Stone Therapy and Foot Reflexology. Rates are affordable. Insurance billing for auto accidents. Also, billing available for Pacific Source and ODS insurances.
